Marco Presta was born and lives in Rome. He has written comedies for theater, including Frankensteinmusical. As a screenwriter, he has written several TV shows and he also worked on the first season of the popular Italian series Un medico in famiglia. He has published several books with Einaudi, among which are the short stories collection Il Paradosso Terrestre and the novels Un calcio in bocca and Il Piantagrane. His most recent book is Verso l’abisso fischiettando (Einaudi, 2024).
