Gaia Rayneri

Gaia Rayneri was born in Turin in 1986. She made her debut in 2009 with Pulce non c'e (Einaudi), a novel that won numerous awards and became a film, nominated for two Nastro d'argento, starring Pippo Delbono, Giorgio Colangeli, Marina Massironi and Piera Degli Esposti. In 2011 her first children's book Ugone (Premio Frignano Ragazzi) was published by Rizzoli. In 2018 her second novel was released, Dipende cosa intendi per cattivo (Einaudi). Her most recent book, Un libro di guarigione, is published by HarperCollins Italy in 2022. She has worked as an author of texts and scripts for cinema and theater. She is also actively engaged in the field of music, drawing, spirituality, and shamanism.
