Enrico Brizzi
Enrico Brizzi was born in Bologna in 1974. He made his literary debut in 1994 with the bestselling novel Jack Frusciante è uscito dal gruppo, a book that defined a generation of readers, was translated in twenty-four countries, and later adapted into a feature film. A passionate walker, he has traveled on foot along Europe’s major pilgrimage routes, experiences that inspired Lezioni di cammino. Dieci cose che ho imparato viaggiando a piedi (Piemme, 2026). Author of novels, narrative-driven historical essays, and books about football for both adults and young readers, he won the Premio Bancarella Sport for In piedi sui pedali (Mondadori, 2014). With HarperCollins, he published La primavera perfetta (2021), Enzo. Il sogno di un ragazzo (2023), and his most recent novel, Due (2024), the long-awaited sequel to Jack Frusciante è uscito dal gruppo.
